I've showered and dressed and I'm ready to go. I have no idea where but just somewhere. It's time to get out of the house. The weather is perfect although by tomorrow a cold front will be swinging through so getting out and about today is the best time.
I've done some stretches but I know I need to do a lot more today. Maybe while riding in the truck I'll have room to do some exercises. I will take my Percoset with me although I don't anticipate having to take any of them.
